Conventional PCB Assembly
Infoteam EMS have been involved in conventional printed circuit board assembly since 1984 and have gradually and progressively increased its volume and facilities over this period. Present facilities now enable the Company to offer semi-automatic and hand insertion of components while still retaining our prototype and fast turn round capability. Equipment used on conventional assembly is listed below: -
Amistar AI-800 semi-automatic axial component insertion machine: approx. insertion rate - 1000 per hour
Amistar CI-750 semi-automatic insertion machine: approx. insertion rate - 1000 per hour
Amistar AL-300 axial loaders: used to load cassettes for the AI-1000 and AI-800 machines
Trieber 4000 in-line flow soldering system: 18" wide solder bath capacity
Trieber Revolution 20 Aqueous in-line cleaning system

In addition to the production equipment used purely for assembly the company has various pieces of support equipment to ensure the customer has a complete facility available to them. These extra facilities include rework and testing; the equipment available is listed below: - |
