Cable & Harness Assembly
The cable harness section was established to compliment the PCB assembly area and enable complete assemblies, with cable harnesses attached, to be produced. This area was then developed in its own right to enable outside contracts for cable assemblies alone to be handled.
Currently the section can handle low to medium volumes of cable assemblies and can offer an excellent fast turn round and proto-typing service. Semi-automatic machinery has been installed to aid manufacture. |

A wide range of cable assemblies can be manufactured from simple single wire earth straps and ribbon cables to complex multiple wire formed cables using Pin boards as templates.
